The Maryland Maryland Cures Cancer Regatta (formerly Leukemia Cup) is a CBYRA-sanctioned regatta held by Eastport Yacht Club, Annapolis Yacht Club, Herrington Harbour Sailing Association, Maryland Yacht Club, and Rock Creek Racing Association. This year, it will benefit the Roslyn and Leonard Stoler Center for Advanced Medicine at the University of Maryland Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center (UMGCC).

Racing format is one race around government marks.
