The Maryland Leukemia Cup Regatta is a CBYRA-sanctioned regatta held by Eastport Yacht Club, Annapolis Yacht Club, Herrington Harbour Sailing Association, Maryland Yacht Club, and Rock Creek Racing Association. This year, it will benefit the University of Maryland Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center (UMGCC).

The race format will be one pursuit style non-spinnaker race using government marks.
